This fitness group is for the ones who are DONE making excuses. Who are ready to spiral up—for real this time. Not with quick fixes or crash diets, but with real-life changes that actually stick.

If you’re in, we’re going all in—together.

đŸ’Ș The Spiraling Up Wellness Plan

We’re not flipping our lives upside down overnight. We’re just choosing better. Every day. One choice at a time.

Here’s the plan:

đŸ„— Nutrition Goals (80/20 Rule)

  • We’re not here to diet—we’re here to decide better. Every single day.

    • No drinking our calories (yes, that includes sugary coffee, juice, soda, all of it EVEN SWEET TEA)

    • No alcohol. Period. It’s literal poison. Nothing good has ever come from it—just regret, bad decisions, and slowed progress. We’re done pretending it’s harmless.

    • No fast food—we’re not living in drive-thrus anymore.

    • We’re eating meats, fruits, veggies, and real food—as close to natural as possible.

You don’t need to follow this exact plan—just pick something and stick to it. The only real rule? No lying to yourself. Be real, and give yourself grace. This is a marathon, not a race.



đŸƒâ€â™€ïž Daily Movement

We move with intention—not obsession. Here's the bare minimum:

  • 45 minutes of movement

  • 5 days out of 7

  • Walking, dancing, strength training, yoga—it all counts, as long as you’re present and pushing

We’ll be doing workouts together, posting them in the group, and holding each other accountable every single week.


🧠 Spiraling Up Our Mindset

This is just as much mental as it is physical.

Every morning, we’re waking up at least 1.5 hours before we HAVE to be up so we can:

  • Pray or meditate

  • Journal (prompts provided or use your own)

  • Drink a glass of water

  • Get ourselves ready for the day

Looking good = feeling good = showing up better. No more rolling out of bed and surviving. We're setting the tone on purpose.
