This fitness group is for the ones who are DONE making excuses. Who are ready to spiral upâfor real this time. Not with quick fixes or crash diets, but with real-life changes that actually stick.
If youâre in, weâre going all inâtogether.
đȘ The Spiraling Up Wellness Plan
Weâre not flipping our lives upside down overnight. Weâre just choosing better. Every day. One choice at a time.
Hereâs the plan:
đ„ Nutrition Goals (80/20 Rule)
Weâre not here to dietâweâre here to decide better. Every single day.
No drinking our calories (yes, that includes sugary coffee, juice, soda, all of it EVEN SWEET TEA)
No alcohol. Period. Itâs literal poison. Nothing good has ever come from itâjust regret, bad decisions, and slowed progress. Weâre done pretending itâs harmless.
No fast foodâweâre not living in drive-thrus anymore.
Weâre eating meats, fruits, veggies, and real foodâas close to natural as possible.
You donât need to follow this exact planâjust pick something and stick to it. The only real rule? No lying to yourself. Be real, and give yourself grace. This is a marathon, not a race.
đââïž Daily Movement
We move with intentionânot obsession. Here's the bare minimum:
45 minutes of movement
5 days out of 7
Walking, dancing, strength training, yogaâit all counts, as long as youâre present and pushing
Weâll be doing workouts together, posting them in the group, and holding each other accountable every single week.
đ§ Spiraling Up Our Mindset
This is just as much mental as it is physical.
Every morning, weâre waking up at least 1.5 hours before we HAVE to be up so we can:
Pray or meditate
Journal (prompts provided or use your own)
Drink a glass of water
Get ourselves ready for the day
Looking good = feeling good = showing up better. No more rolling out of bed and surviving. We're setting the tone on purpose.
